Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, we email tracking information for every order.

For every destination, the estimated delivery date and Delivery & Returns details on the product page use the same product-specific estimate for your selected delivery country. This estimate takes precedence over the general ranges below. Total estimates include processing unless stated otherwise. Please select your delivery country before checking the estimate.
Finland
- Total estimated delivery: 18–20 business days, including order processing.
- Processing takes 1–3 business days and is already included in the 18–20 business-day total.
- Tracked shipping: €5.90 for orders below €99.
- Free tracked shipping on orders of €99 or more.

United States
- USA Fast Shipping items ship from a US warehouse with an total estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, including processing, as shown on the product page.
- Other products may ship from an overseas warehouse. Their general transit estimate is 5–10 business days after dispatch, or 6–13 business days including 1–3 business days for processing. Check the individual product page before ordering.
- USA Fast Shipping items are available for delivery within the United States only.
- Mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels at different times.
- Tracked shipping: $3.99–$14.99 depending on order weight; the exact charge is shown at checkout.

Fulfilment location
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our international fulfilment partner. The shipping location depends on product availability and the order destination.
Customs and import fees
Prices displayed on our store include taxes collected at checkout where applicable. Depending on the destination and shipment origin, additional customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees may apply. Charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
